Hi, I’m Diana
I provide therapy for adults, adolescents, children, first responders, and couples. My specialization is in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma. I create a safe space for you to discuss and unload your stressors when life becomes challenging.
Let’s explore challenges such as depression, anxiety, unhealthy relationships, anger issues, and self-harm behaviors. By working with me, you will learn tools and techniques to manage your mood, reduce stress, and cope with anxiety.

I will meet you where you are in life, providing support in a non-judgmental and sensitive manner. Together, we will focus on building your strengths and reducing symptoms. I look forward to being a part of your emotional healing journey.
My approach is trauma-informed, and I primarily use solution-focused, strength-based, dialectical behavior therapy, play therapy, internal family systems, and cognitive behavior therapy. Additionally, I am an EMDR-certified therapist.
